AI assessment by phone
Tell us about your week. We’ll show you what AI can take off it.
Our AI interviewer calls you and asks how the work really gets done. Then we write you a plan with the agents and automations that fit, built on the software you already pay for, with the monthly cost of each one.
Any software, any size of business. And if you run on Microsoft 365, you’re talking to Copilot specialists.

Solution 1 · Start firstfrom the sample plan
Estimates from site photos
An agent reads Dana’s photos and notes, finds similar past jobs in SharePoint and prices each line from the current list. Dana checks it and sends it.
What happens after you book
One phone call. A written plan. No sales pitch in between.
Any hour you pick
The interviewer calls
It says up front that it’s an AI, then asks about your busiest week: quotes, calls, scheduling, billing and the software you use.
“What happens when a customer calls while you’re on a job?”
Within 2 business days
A person checks your plan
AI drafts it from your call. Someone on our team reads every line before it’s sent and fixes anything that doesn’t fit your business.
Every price comes from our reference files, each with the date we last checked it.
When you’re ready
You decide what to build
Each problem gets two or three options, from an AI agent to a simple change in how you work. Build it yourself, or ask us for a quote.
The sample plan has 4 solutions, a roadmap and the monthly cost of each tool.
Your plan
What’s in it
Written from your call, about your business. The sample plans show every section.
AI that does the work
Agents and automations that draft the estimate, answer the common question or send the follow-up for you, learning from your own past documents.
Built on the tools you already use
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks or your industry software. We only suggest switching when it clearly pays for itself.
Hours saved and monthly costs
Hours and dollars saved for each recommendation, and the subscriptions, AI credits and other tools you’d need each month, with a note wherever a number depends on how much you use it.
When AI isn’t the answer
If a feature you already pay for, an outside service or a simple process change would do better, we say so and name the options.
A roadmap
What gets built and tested first, how long the build should take, and what we need from you along the way.
Things you can do yourself
Free steps to try this week, and a step-by-step guide for any easy recommendation you’d rather set up on your own.
Readiness check
Anything that would stop AI helping you, like files kept on personal laptops or staff using personal AI accounts, and how to fix it.
Questions people ask
What is Sierrix?
Sierrix helps businesses save time with AI. Our interviewer calls the person who booked, whether that’s the owner, a manager or someone on the team, for about 15 to 20 minutes. We turn the call into a plan: AI agents and automations matched to the tasks that eat up the week, built on the tools the business already uses, with what each one costs.
Who is the assessment for?
Owners, managers and team members at businesses of every size, from owner-run shops to growing companies with their own IT staff, who want to know where AI can actually save them hours, whatever software they use today.
What does it cost?
$297 for a call with our AI interviewer, or $1,497 for a call with a member of our team on Microsoft Teams. Both include your personalized report, paid when you book, with no obligation to buy anything else.
I have a promo code. Where do I use it?
On the last step of booking, before payment.
Can I reschedule?
As many times as you like. Your confirmation page has a private link to move your call, up to 10 minutes before it starts. The payment is non-refundable and carries over to the new time.
What if I miss the call?
We’ll email you a link to pick a new time or to have the interviewer call you right away. Your booking stays paid for.
Can I book an evening or weekend call?
Yes. The interviewer is an AI, so it can call any time, day or night, seven days a week.
Who calls me?
An AI voice assistant working for Sierrix, which introduces itself as an AI at the start. If you book a call with a human instead, a member of our team meets you on Microsoft Teams. Either way, a person on our team reviews every report before you get it.
Is the call recorded?
Yes. The interviewer asks for your permission at the start of the call. We need the transcript to write your report, so if you say no, the call ends there and we’ll email you about your options. The recording and transcript are used only to prepare your report.
Do I need Microsoft 365 or Copilot?
No. The interviewer asks which software you use, and your plan is built on those tools. If you already have Microsoft 365, the plan shows how to get more from it, including Copilot. If you don’t, we suggest switching only when it would clearly be your best option, counting the full cost of the move.
Which AI tools do you recommend?
Whichever fits each job best, preferring what you already pay for. That can be Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini business plans, automation tools that connect your apps, or AI features built into software you already use.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing formal, but your report will be more accurate if you’ve thought about your daily and weekly pain points first: the tasks that take the longest, get repeated the most, or slip through the cracks. It also helps to know which software you use. The interviewer guides you through the rest.
Will you ask for passwords or customer details?
No. We never ask for passwords, payment details or your customers’ personal information.
