What does it cost?
$297 for the call and your personalized report, paid when you book. If you hire us to set things up within 30 days of your report, the full $297 is credited toward the setup package. There’s no obligation to buy anything else.
I have a promo code. Where do I use it?
On the last step of booking, before payment. Codes from our seminars and trial offers can make the assessment free.
Can I reschedule?
As many times as you like. Your confirmation page has a private link to move your call, up to 10 minutes before it starts. The payment is non-refundable and carries over to the new time.
What if I miss the call?
We’ll email you a link to pick a new time or to have the interviewer call you right away. Your booking stays paid for.
Can I book an evening or weekend call?
Yes. The interviewer is an AI, so it can call any time, day or night, seven days a week.
Who calls me?
An AI voice assistant working for Sierrix. It introduces itself as an AI at the start. A person on our team reviews every report before you get it.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, with your agreement. The recording and transcript are used only to prepare your report. The assistant asks again at the start of the call, and you can say no.
What if I don’t have Copilot yet?
That’s fine; most people we talk to don’t. The report starts with what you can do for free, then shows whether paying for Copilot would be worth it for you.
What if I don’t use Microsoft 365?
You can still book. We’ll tell you plainly whether Microsoft 365 and Copilot make sense for you, and what else could help.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to have a rough idea of your busiest tasks and which software you use, but the interviewer will guide you.
Will you ask for passwords or customer details?
Never. We don’t need passwords, payment details, or any of your customers’ personal information, and the assistant will stop you if you start to share them.
