We start with what you have. Microsoft 365 is our specialty, and we only suggest something new when it clearly pays for itself.
A person checks every plan
AI helps us write your plan, and a person reviews it before it reaches you. Every cost is in plain dollars, and we tell you when a number is our best guess.
Meet the founder
Daniel Will
Daniel is an IT professional with 25 years of experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and the rest of what keeps a business running. He is also a U.S. Air Force veteran. Born in Florida, he moved around the country with the Air Force before landing in the Philadelphia area, where he and his family live today.
Working in IT and using AI and Copilot every day, Daniel saw that most people only used these tools to search the web. There was a real need for someone to learn the products properly and teach others how to use them for much more than that.
So he started building AI agents and automated workflows that made his own job easier, then began sharing them with others. Sierrix is the next step: bringing that same hands-on approach to businesses of every size, from owner-run shops to growing companies with IT teams of their own.
