The assessment and its price

The Copilot assessment (a phone interview and a personalized report) costs $297, paid online when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe. There is no obligation to buy anything else.

Promo codes can reduce the price or make the assessment free. Each code can be used once per person (email and phone number), may have an expiry date or a limited number of uses, and has no cash value.

No refunds; unlimited rescheduling

• The assessment fee is non-refundable.
• If you buy one of our setup packages within 30 days of receiving your report, the assessment fee you paid is credited toward it.
• You can reschedule as many times as you like, using the private link on your confirmation page, up to 10 minutes before your call. Your payment carries over.
• If we can’t reach you at your booked time, we try once more and then email you a link to pick a new time or to be called right away, at no extra cost.
• If we can’t deliver your assessment for a reason on our side, we refund you in full.
• No refund for misuse. If the call contains attempts to manipulate or misuse our AI (for example instructions aimed at the AI instead of answers about your business, or a recording played into the call) or abusive or threatening behavior, no refund is owed for any reason, and we may end the assessment without a report.

AI interviewer and AI-generated report

The call is carried out by an AI voice assistant, and AI drafts your report from the call transcript. A person on our team reviews and approves every report before it’s released to you. AI can still make mistakes, so please check anything important before acting on it.

Call recording

By booking, you agree that we may call you at your chosen time and that the call will be recorded and transcribed to prepare your report. You can reschedule anytime, ask not to be called, and decline recording at the start of the call.

No guarantees

• Time savings and costs in your report are estimates, based on what you told us. They are not guarantees or promises of savings.
• Microsoft and other vendors set their own prices and features and can change them. Prices in your report show the date we checked them.
• The report is general guidance about software, not legal, financial, tax or security advice.

Your report

Your report is for your business’s own use. It’s shared through a private link; please don’t post the link publicly. We may use anonymized, non-identifying patterns across assessments to improve our service.
